Please note that ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE and cannot be exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in flawless condition with all tags securely attached. We cannot accept returns for items with makeup, deodorant stains, perfume odors, pet hair, smoke of any kind smell, or any other type of stains.
We do not offer exchanges.
Return Instructions
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. You have the option to use either USPS or UPS for the return shipment.

Please ensure that you include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip, containing all your information and order number, is included in the bag along with your purchase. This will help us process your return smoothly and efficiently.
Upon receiving your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process it. Once the return is processed, we will send your store credit via email. Thank you for your patience.
Damaged Items :
For any damaged items, we kindly request that you report the issue within two days of receiving your order. Please send an email to communications@thebakvrishowroom.com and include photos of the damaged items.
Please note that color variations in merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, and photography lenses are not considered as damage.
